I love you in every drip of coffee that falls from our old machine we picked out together years ago when you moved in with me. Our home always seems warmer when you pour me a cup in the morning. I watch you dance with every sip, and in that moment you are brighter than the sun.

I love you in every decaying flower that sits in my mother's vase by the foyer, still beautiful in the light of our love. Each petal on the table is a reminder of the day we spent together shopping for groceries and falling asleep in the midday sun, holding your hand. In that moment, you are the only being who matters in every universe.

I love you in the hairs I pluck from your beautiful brow, shaping you into the handsome and talented artist I believe in every moment your voice rings across an empty parking lot or in the passenger seat of our car. In that moment you are the future I want to live through.

I love you in the unfolded laundry that spills across our room, because I spent all my energy trying to impress you with a clever pun and yearning for my lovely wife. In that moment you are a paragon of joy, my love.

I am yours entirely.

Forever and always.
