And so the Devil spoke

scripture for he once believed in God

and fell from the garden,

holy light broken to crescent horns.

His words wrapped

in malice and good intentions.

An angel corrupted by his own ambitions,

and the love he once held for humans

twisted into contempt for those below him.

His words fall from the lips

of right-wing nationalists,

his chosen vessels and heralds.

Arrogance and superiority

dripping from every ignorant word

stored in their feeble body and mind.

Violence begets violence,

but a Nazi is un-human.

A demon disguised in pale flesh.

Vultures picking apart the decayed carcass

of The Holy Bible, shredded Truth found only

in their home, their way.

Their church, for all else is supposed lies,

soaked in the blood

of a great and forgiving Lord

who rules as a false prophet of propaganda.
